Winter essentials guide
As the snowy, cold and wet weather draws in it's best to be prepared, whether that's making sure you have the right tools or wrapping up extra warm. Horton Building Plastics want to share our top winter essentials with you!
Warm Clothing
This is essential if you are working outside for extended periods of time, the last thing you need is a cold/flu bringing you down. We recommend a good base layer like the Scruffs Active Roll Neck Base Layer, that is lightweight, with a high cotton content for maximum comfort.
A well-insulated coat like the Scruffs Expedition Thermo Softshell Jacket It's well designed to keep your core well insulated and provide freedom of movement whilst going about your projects.
The right tools for the job
For cutting and slicing there is only one tool for the job, it's the Bahco craftsmen's knife with enhanced grip, this knife has been developed and adapted to the needs of craftsmen, it features a unique function for attaching the holster around buttons on workwear. This is a great design feature, perfect for when you need your hands free.
